Hi friends, a little later today I will be posting a video on YouTube. I’ll put a link on this page once it is up and running and I hope you will take the time to view the video, and pass it along. It will not be a fun video with an uplifting message, however I hope the message will lift the people who are mired in depression. I also hope the message will give those who have loved ones coping with depression an insight into what they are going through.  

Please send the link to your friends and loved ones who might be helped by the message. There are many of us who suffer from depression, and I think it is important for people to know they are not alone, and that they can be helped.
